      My six siblings and I were raised in a small town in Southern California south  of  Los Angeles. I attended an all-girls, college preparatory high school, graduating with a University of California scholarship. I graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A. in Art.
       I launched my career as a graphic artist and at the same time,  started my architectural training with firms in Napa and San Diego. I hold a California Architectural license and currently work independently as an Architect, and a technical illustrator for books
​and magazines.
